Toys for Tots

These are photos from a village elementary school about 45 minutes from Astana. Our students helped collect toys for the Marines' Toys for Tots program and a couple of our students and I were able to go with the Marines when they handed out the toys.

Italy Trip- Jan 5/6

These are the last couple of photos from our Italy Trip. As we were waiting for our train to Milan a herd of Chinese tourists got off of a train and mobbed Sadie. I think she thought she was back in China.

Italy Trip- Jan 4

On January 4th, Nina and I hiked from Monterosso to Levanto. Mom and Dad watched Sadie for the day.

Italy Trip- Jan 3

Today we took the train to Vernazza and hung out for the day. We watched them put more rocks on the breakwater for about an hour. On the way home to our apartment, we stopped to enjoy a wonderful sunset.
