(Early) Halloween in Astana

We had our fall festival (Halloween) last night because we will be on fall break at the end of October. Sadie dressed up like a bumble bee, Nina dressed up as John and John dressed up as Nina.

Weekend Update 10-10-10

On Friday we went to one of our teacher's birthday party. Sadie wore her party dress.

On Saturday we were able to go to the beach again. The company that runs the beach is trying to get the school to use them to provide lunch for the students. They gave us a couple of free passes when they visited the school last week.

On Sunday we went for a walk downtown. Sadie was tired and grouchy most of the walk
In the evening we went to our school secretary's wedding reception. Sadie was the cutest, best behaved toddler.
We finished the last of our peanut butter so we had to get creative and make our own. It turned out pretty well; it tastes good spread on toast so what more can you ask for.
At home Sadie has been using her potty more and more.
